Ben Becker

Ben Becker is an associate attorney at Lynch Murphy McLane LLP.  His practice focuses on commercial litigation, employment law, and contract law.  Ben also has unique experience within the niche areas of school law, public sector employment law, constitutional law, and white-collar criminal defense.  Ben’s trial, litigation, and general counsel experience help him provide sound strategic advice in and out of court.

Outside the office, Ben and his wife keep in shape chasing their toddler son around Central Oregon.

Ben began his legal career representing school districts and community colleges.  He defended them against lawsuits and advised them on issues involving employment law, civil rights, construction, municipal law, and personal injury defense.

From early 2015 until he joined Lynch Murphy McLane LLP, Ben was a prosecutor in Klamath County and Crook County.  Ben was lead counsel in dozens of trials and hearings and negotiated resolutions in hundreds of cases.

Ben currently handles civil and criminal litigation and advises clients on employment law and commercial disputes.
