In Klamath Falls, Dan worked as a private attorney assisting small businesses with contracts, transactions and litigation. He also served as Klamath County counsel, developing an expertise in land use planning, the regulatory framework in which local governments operate, and employment law. As a Judge, Dan earned an exceptional reputation hearing complex civil litigation and disputes arising from probate.
