Jennilyn’s practice is focused on business and real estate transactions, real estate development, business organizations and corporate governance, intellectual property and technology-related agreements, and state and federal trademark work. She has a broad range of experience advising businesses, property owners, and individuals from a number of different industries, including real estate investors and developers, renewable energy, manufacturing, medical and dental practices, technology and software, and education.
Outside of the office, Jennilyn enjoys trail running, snowboarding, backcountry splitboarding and being outdoors with her husband and son.
Prior to law school, Jennilyn spent over six years in the real estate and property management business, worked as the operations supervisor for a small medical practice, and owned her own business. Her years of business and real estate experience provides useful perspective for her practice.
Jennilyn has extensive transactional experience and has advised both small and large businesses in all aspects of business transactions and mergers and acquisitions. She understands the nuanced advice and considerations that can impact a deal, no matter the size. Jennilyn is also well-versed in entity formation, corporate governance, and brand protection and intellectual property advice for her business clients.
Real estate came naturally as part of Jennilyn’s practice with almost 17 years in the industry. Jennilyn has depth of knowledge and experience with commercial leasing, commercial and residential sales, commercial development, and real estate issues and due diligence for renewable energy projects.
