Michelle’s practice focuses on employment law counseling and litigation.  Michelle has over 25 years of experience in helping large and small businesses navigate the complicated and every changing laws and best practices relevant to the employment life cycle: recruitment through termination.  Michelle relies both on her legal expertise and first-hand experience as a small business owner to provide businesses with practical guidance on the many challenges of employment law compliance and people management. Michelle served as a California Deputy Attorney General, SVP of People for a publicly traded company and employment law compliance consultant for national franchise chains, including 7-Eleven, Subway Sandwich and McDonalds.

When Michelle is not working hard for her clients, she is spending time outdoors in Bend, skiing, paddle boarding or hiking!
