Tami MacLeod helps clients of all sizes – from the single individual, or the family-run business, to corporate entities – navigate the “ins” and “outs” of real estate development projects, from conceptualization of the project through final approval. Tami provides creative solutions to real estate challenges, aided largely by her ability to listen to her client’s needs before acting. A resident of Central Oregon since the mid-1990s, Tami has lived through the boom and the bust cycles in the real estate environment. As a result, she has worked with clients to both build real estate and development projects and also to assist lenders and borrowers with financial considerations.
Tami is an avid golfer who holds her own on the course, though she has yet to be placed on the LPGA priority list. Besides golfing, she enjoys cooking, camping, watching college football, and being with her kids and lending a hand while they raise their 4-H animals.
Tami has extensive experience in real estate law, having worked with developers, lenders and financial institutions, real estate professionals, title companies, and stakeholders for more than 20 years. Tami also guides owners’ associations through their general governance, providing practical solutions to unique problems that manifest within planned communities and condominiums.
