Greg Lynch is a seasoned trial lawyer. Greg’s practice focuses primarily on business and commercial litigation matters. Greg is particularly known for his negotiation skills, and he often saves his clients extra expense by settling cases before they go to trial. When a case does go to trial, Greg’s reputation as an accomplished trial lawyer precedes him. As a skilled negotiator, he is in demand as a mediator and arbitrator, and serves as a judge pro tempore in state court.
When not in court, Greg is negotiating life with his wife Leslie and their many rescue pets. They enjoy hiking, fishing, horseback riding and spending time at their cabin.
He is admitted to practice before all Oregon courts, the United States District Court for the District of Oregon, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He represents the eastern Oregon Catholic Diocese of Baker and he prepared and filed the amicus brief for the Physicians for Compassionate Care in the U.S. Supreme Court assisted-suicide case of (Gonzales v. Oregon, 2006). He also counsels clients in drafting and negotiating contracts, as well as other business law matters.
