Our Team: Associate

Corbin’s practice includes business transactions, real estate transactions, and nonprofit law, with a primary focus on assisting individuals, nonprofit organizations, and business owners throughout various stages of their ventures. His expertise encompasses business formation, growth strategies, mergers, acquisitions, and business succession planning. His background at Lynch Murphy McLane LLP includes handling tasks such as business formation, contract review, mergers and acquisitions, nonprofit exemptions, and corporate governance.

Corbin initially joined Lynch Murphy McLane LLP as a Summer Associate in the transactional law department. Since then, he has become an integral part of the firm as an attorney in the same department.

Outside of his work in the transactional department, Corbin enjoys spending quality time with his wife and their truffle dog. He also enjoys surfing, hiking, snowboarding, and working on his project car.
